By Doing what you love you inspire and awaken the hearts of others
I have never felt better than I do right now. No joke, I am at the happiest point in my life. I never would have gotten here if I didn’t make the choice to put myself first. I hope that you have thought of some goals for yourself and are excited to get working on them! This journey that you are beginning is for you to find yourself mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It’s not the time to give your control away to anyone. It’s not the time to follow or do what you think everyone else wants you to do. It’s the time to blaze trails and ignite a fire in yourself.
You do you, boo boo! Embrace all the cliches and find your best life. I hope that you’ve tried the “I am” statements in the mirror and have been trying to speak more positively to yourself. Recent studies have shown that positive thinking can help reduce stress. Why not try anything to help reduce stress nowadays? Stress levels are at some of the highest they have ever been in both children and adults. Let’s start chipping away at the rising stress in any possible way we can and create a new culture of positivity. We should all become more aware of our inner thoughts and if they focus on the negatives or bring out positives in us instead. I know we’ve talked about it before but again, starting your day looking at yourself in the mirror and speaking positive affirmations can be so huge. It will set the tone for your whole day and you it will help you start believing the truth about yourself. You are amazing.
I want to ask you guys something. Take a second and think about how you would describe yourself? How do you think about yourself?
I Would describe myself as:
A God loving woman
A great mother
A woman devoted to my better half
Succesful and open-minded
A resilient person
These are just a few of the ways that I describe myself off the top of my head after thinking about it for about a minute. Now it’s a lot easier to rattle off a list about me that focuses on the good rather than the bad. But, I remember a time, where I had nothing but awful things to say about myself. If you can compile a list full of positives about yourself already then that is amazing! Keep going and find more things you love about yourself. It’s also completely okay if you are struggling to find those things that really shine. What’s important is that you are thinking about it and aware that it’s time to start loving yourself. It’s hard not to be so harsh on yourself a lot of times. You are not alone in this! I promise you that. I’m no professional but I am a person who is full of love and wants to share it with the world.
Just remember, I believe in you and it is the time that you start believing in you!
