Hello again everyone!!

I know, I know it has been quite awhile since I have been able to make a post and share the positivity with you guys! I have been very anxious and excited about the coming month and all I have planned. I wanted to talk about self-love this month and after this past day, it has confirmed it for me. June is going to be dedicated to bringing more awareness to self-love.

If you have been following me and my story then you know that I am all for the improvement of ourselves. For those of you new, just know, that I have been working on myself for the past 7 years trying to correct wrongs and bring more positivity into the world.

Yesterday, June 5th, Kate Spade died by suicide. I am shocked and heartbroken. I still remember when I got my first Kate Spade bag. It was back in high school and it was a black backpack. Spade’s death was a shock to so many around the world and I think it further proves that no matter who you are you can be dealing with pain that is unimaginable and invisible. This is why I want to spend more time bringing to light self-love and finding a way to fight your battles. We all must remember we are cared about and even if it is unseen we all carry an impact on this world.

We all have our battles but, we all have a purpose. I plan on sharing with you more and more about the importance of mental health and how to help achieve a healthy mindset! But, today, I, as we all should, am taking some time for self-reflection and mourning of Spade’s death. Join me in prayer & good thought’s for her and her family.
